Jim Johnson has been an avid reader and collector of books throughout his life. In 1978 he began his career as a used book dealer, opening a brick and mortar store in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
During his career, Jim became an expert in appraising collections, and began travelling around the country to buy and appraise books. He now sells books virtually, so that he can devote more time to in person appraisals and sales.

When not working, Jim reads a lot of biographies, plays classical piano, and spends time with his grandson, but he is always happiest when he is surrounded by a pile of books.
